What is included in an After Builder Clean?

Let us make your house in to a home with our thorough post-renovation cleaning.

This includes the following:

Reception Rooms, Halls and Landings:

• High dust (ceilings, light fittings, curtain poles etc)

• Low dust (shelves, skirting boards etc)

• Dust extraction using a specialist dust extracting vacuum

• Removal of paint spatters and sticky residue (as much as possible)

• Light switches, skirting boards and plug sockets cleaned

• Blinds dusted and cleaned

• Inside and outside of cupboards, shelves and drawers cleaned

• Surfaces cleaned

• Inside of doors and windows cleaned, including frames

• Carpets and rugs vacuumed and hard floors mopped (steam cleaning available on request and if suitable for the type of flooring)

 

Kitchen/ Utility:

• High and low dust

• Dust extraction using a specialist dust extracting vacuum

• Removal of paint spatters and sticky residue (as much as possible)

• Deep clean of kitchen including worktops, tiles, sinks, hob/cooker top, extractor fan and hood

• Inside and outside of appliances; microwave, fridge/freezer dishwasher, washing machine

• Light switches, skirting boards and plug sockets

• Blinds dusted and cleaned

• Inside and outside of cupboards, shelves and drawers cleaned

• Inside of doors and windows cleaned, including frames

• Carpets and rugs vacuumed and hard floors mopped (steam cleaning available on request and if suitable for the type of flooring)

• Oven clean can be included on request at an additional cost

 

Bathrooms, en-suites and W/Cs:

• High and low dust

• Dust extraction using a specialist dust extracting vacuum

• Removal of paint spatters and sticky residue (as much as possible)

• Clean toilet, sink, bath, shower including tiles and shower door

• Limescale removal (as much as possible)

• Disinfection of surfaces

• Blinds dusted and cleaned

• Cupboards, shelves and drawers cleaned

• Inside of doors and windows cleaned, including frames

• Mirrors cleaned and buffed

• Towel radiator cleaned and buffed

• Carpets and rugs vacuumed and hard floors mopped (steam cleaning available on request and if suitable for the type of flooring)

 

Bedrooms

• High and low dust

• Dust extraction using a specialist dust extracting vacuum

• Removal of paint spatters and sticky residue (as much as possible)

• Light switches, skirting boards and plug sockets

• Inside and outside of cupboards, shelves and drawers cleaned

• Inside of doors and windows cleaned, including frames

• Carpets and rugs vacuumed and hard floors mopped (steam cleaning available on request and if suitable for the type of flooring)
